Booking Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit is payable in advance to secure your place on your chosen course. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the course starts.
Cancellations: Should you need to cancel the date of your course you will lose your deposit. Any other payments made towards your course fee will be refunded in the form of a credit note at managements discretion.
Parental Consent: CJ Beauty & Co Training Academy will require parental consent for anyone under the age of 18 wishing to complete one of our training courses. Please note that under 18s may find it difficult to get appropriate insurance.
Payment: Deposits/Course fees can be made by BACS or debit/credit card. Late payment will incur a 10% late payment charge. The full balance must be made no later than 1 calendar month before the course start date.
Professional Membership and Insurance: CJ Beauty & Co is a full member of, and is fully insured by The Professional Guild of Beauty Therapists. All of our PRO courses are fully accredited by The Professional Guild of Beauty Therapists and carry valuable CPD points specific to each course. As an accredited training school this makes our courses fully insurable and for your convenience we have agreed an insurance discount available to you with The Professional Guild of Beauty Therapists (optional).

PRO courses: Our PRO Freelance Makeup Artistry course comes with an exceptional aftercare program which includes:
- 6-months advice and guidance
- Opportunities for free studio ‘creative days’ during the 6 months after you qualify

All elements of the aftercare programme are subject to change and development due to popularity and ongoing support. Removal of individual members from the programme will be at managements discretion. Cancellation or failure to uphold professional ethics will mean immediate removal from this programme at managements discretion.
Course Expectations: All of our courses are of a high standard, and as such expect a certain level of achievement within each module. Should you fail to achieve this required standard, and so fail to pass the module then you will be given the opportunity to retake that module at a cost of £200 per module. This retake would be done on a one-to-one basis with Colette outside of the group setting.
